4 New Characters + Balance Update

March 18, 2024 - Hotfix:

Tobi (S) (3044 matches (8.23%), 74.54% winrate):

• Kamui: When used on the same target, this skill will deal 30 piercing damage, down 5 from 35.
• Tobi Sharingan: This skill now grants regular damage reduction, instead of unpierceable damage reduction.

Temari (S) (1254 matches (3.39%), 76.40% winrate):

• Immense Cutting Whirlwind: This skill now will make the affected enemies deal 5 less non-affliction damage, down 5 from 10 less non-affliction damage.

Hey guys, 4 new characters today from Five Kage Summit Arc and a small balance update.

Temari (S) has grown over the years. She is now a Jounin as well as the sister of Kankuro and Gaara. Temari is also the Hidden Sand Village's ambassador to the Hidden Leaf Village.

Shee (S) is a jounin of the Hidden Cloud Village and a sensor. Shee is one of the Raikage's most reliable shinobi.

Akatsuchi (S) is a shinobi of the Hidden Rock Village. Akatsuchi is a powerful shinobi who uses brute strength and earth style jutsus in combat.

Tobi is the leader of Akatsuki, as well as an Uchiha. He possesses dimensional skills, being able to suck his targets into his dimension or use the Uchihas' forbidden techniques.

Balances

• Boosts: Yamanaka Inoichi (S), Uzumaki Kushina, Sandaime Hokage.
• Tweaks/Mini-Reworks: Drunken Lee, Touji Mizuki, Nagato (S).
