Balance 1.1.0 + Drunken Lee and Uzumaki Kushina

Hello everyone, this update we decided to split Rock Lee's kit in two characters and bring one more character from Kostas era: Uzumaki Kuhina.

Just want to remind yall that characters from Kostas era will be adapted to fit into Naruto Arena Classic. Uzumaki Kushina's "Adamantine Sealing Chains" was kept as a full stun because it is treated with the same weight as the skill "Shiki Fuujin", however, this skill may be considered for changes if necessary.

New Characters:

Rock Lee has accidentally drunk too much Alcohol and has awakened his natural Drunken Fist Technique which has given him amazing speed and unpredictability.

The mother of Uzumaki Naruto, wife to Minato and once the jinchuuriki to the nine-tailed fox. Kushina specializes in unique sealing and barrier techniques that can hinder and disable even the strongest of enemies.

• Boosts: Maito Gai (S), Uchiha Itachi (S), Uchiha Sasuke.
• Nerfs: Inuzuka Tsume (S), Naraka Path Pein (S), Deva Path Pein (S), Morino Ibiki (S), Sarutobi Asuma.
• Tweaks: Demon Brothers, Sarutobi Asuma (S), Killer Bee (S).
