Hello everyone,

Edo Tensei Yugito (S):

ET Yugito is still dominating ranked matches, so we will take a few new steps to reduce the strength of her kit, this time removing any kind of defense she gains from her own skills.

If she continues to have the same dominance, we already have another wave of nerfs prepared for her, but we hope that will not be necessary.

Haku:

We're happy to see that the changes made in the last patch achieved the intended result.

I believe Haku was already strong before, but something was definitely still holding her back. For that reason, we gave "Acupuncture" a small rework, making it lighter, more consistent, and also easier to understand for newer players.

Even so, we gave him a little push by slightly overbuffing his other skills so he'd become a popular pick, helping players to better understand the strength of “Water Needles” and the combos that skill enables.

I'm confident that even if we revert the changes to "Water Needles" and "Demonic Ice Mirrors", he'll remain a solid ninjutsu and bloodline option.

Gaara of the Desert:

Despite the recent rework, Gaara still has not been a viable option, even for newer players.

With the buff to "Desert Graveyard", we hope Gaara becomes a popular choice for bloodline and ninjutsu in general.

Uzumaki Kushina (and Utakata...):

Please, before you ask "Why is Kushina getting tweaks instead of straight nerfs when she has a 63% win rate", her winrate was inflated by a bug that caused her to increase the damage of Utakata (S)'s "Drowning Bubble Jutsu", a bug that has already been fixed this patch btw.

Utakata himself has a 60% winrate in this patch and is not receiving any changes for the same reason mentioned above. Of course, if Utakata still maintains a high winrate, we will apply nerfs to him.

Balances:
