Balance Update 1.8.1

Hello everyone,

These updates bring nerfs to characters that have been dominating the META over the past few weeks, along with buffs to some underperforming characters, especially those from the Shinobi Alliance.

Additionally, more balance changes and reworks are coming on June 15th with the Major Update.

• Nerfs: Edo Tensei Itachi (S), Fukasaku and Shima (S), Uzumaki Naruto (S), Temari, Inuzuka Kiba, ET Susanoo Itachi (S), Edo Tensei Tayuya (S), Hyuuga Hiashi (S). 
• Boosts: Hyuuga Hinata, Shinobi Alliance Naruto (S), Shinobi Alliance Shino (S), Shinobi Alliance Temari (S). 
• Reworks: Shinobi Alliance Hinata (S).
