We'll start with the Deva Path Pein, trying to reduce some of his damage potential, make him a character with more counterplays, and also make him less effective. I still believe that even with these changes, he will still keep being a good character, but if he remains as dominant as before on Ladder, you can expect another nerf on him next Balance Update.
Secondly, we have a nerf for Sennin Naruto. We intend to make a few changes for now, focusing on creating more counterplay against him and making him less dominant. We do believe that he will still be popular in Ladder, but we hope that now there will be more teams that can be used against him.
I'd rather not explain the nerfs on Preta Path Pein, you guys can interpret them the way you want!
Also, I talked a bit about plans for the future related to the Ladder System and Season Reset on our official Discord recently. Some people understood it as all players having their levels reset to 1, which is not true. Any players at level 36 or below will not be affected by the Season Reset, and players above level 36 will be reset back to level 36 at the start of each season. The new Ladder System will always be for players aiming to compete for the number one spot and will not affect those who play and level up only casually!
