Hotfix + Rank System Adjusts

Hello! We will be bringing a hotfix to try and stop the current drain meta, and also some adjusts to Rank System to make it a bit easier to level up and also to make it not so much punishing to lose to someone who has resetted their account.

We might be bringing a new update next week. By now i hope you guys have healthier ladder games.
