Major Balance 1.1.8

Hey guys,

So, today we will be releasing a new Major Balance, targeting the characters from Jiroubou to Yakushi Kabuto. Additionally, Tsuchi Kin also received a small change, which should have happened in the last update.

Touji Mizuki has been completely reworked, with his skill set split into two characters: The current Touji Mizuki, who has only skills from his early appearances in the Naruto anime, and Cursed Seal Mizuki.

Touji Mizuki is now a missing nin that has been corrupted by his own dark ambitions and the will of Orochimaru.

Balances

• Nerfs: Ao (S), Shee (S), Chojuro (S), Akadou Yoroi, Yamanaka Ino.
• Minor Changes: Yakushi Kabuto.
• Major Changes: Tsuchi Kin, Jiroubou, Sakon, Tayuya, Kimimaro, Umino Iruka.
• Reworks: Touji Mizuki.
