Major Update + Level/Rank Reset

March 10, 2024 - Hotfix:

Fukasaku and Shima (S) (5448 matches (5.94%), 70.98% winrate):

• Frog Song: This skill now costs 1 genjutsu instead of 1 random chakra. During 'Toad Confrontation Singing' this skill will be improved and will cost 1 random chakra.
• Toad Confrontation Singing: This skill now stuns mental and ranged skills, instead of physical and ranged skills.

Asura Path Pein (S) (4196 matches (4.57%), 72.07% winrate):

• Cluster Bombs: This skill now triggers only to new harmful physical and chakra skills, instead of any physical or chakra skill.
• Crown Shockwave: This skill now deals 20 damage, down 5 from 25.

All players above level 31 have been reset. As you may have noticed, in the last update it was mentioned that only players above level 36 would be affected by the reset. However, there were only 97 players who had level 36 or higher. So, it was decided to reset to level 31 since this is the current maximum level for completing missions and unlocking characters.

• Tweaks/Mini-Reworks/Reverts: Uchiha Sasuke, Nara Shikamaru, Hyuuga Hinata, Hyuuga Neji, Haku, Uchiha Obito, Orochimaru, Gaara Rehabilitated, Sai (S), Rock Lee (S), Hidan (S).
• Boosts: Abumi Zaku, Tsuchi Kin, Nohara Rin, Kidoumaru, Shodai Hokage, Drunken Lee, Kyuubi Naruto, Uchiha Itachi.
