New Characters 03/12/2024 - Nerfs

Hello everyone,

Small nerfs to the current META, and I'd also like to announce that on December 24th we'll be releasing two nostalgic new characters that were part of a very popular META back in 2013.

With that said, we'll postpone the changes from the Major Balance, which was prepared for this month, to next year (January).
