First I'd like to apologize for the delay in the update, and let you guys know that the update frequency will return to normal in the next weeks.
Today will also mark the end of Season 3, with the player >Kaolin< as the new Rikudou Sennin and the winner of the Season. However, the reset will be postponed and will happen soon.
Once the reset takes place and Season 4 begins, we will no longer have weekly Hokage updates. We will return to our known system, where the Hokage is the player who is at 1# Ladderrank.
With that said, the player who wins the season (and gains the title of Rikudou Sennin) will no longer be the one with the most Hokage Titles, instead it will be the one who finishes at 1# Ladderrank at the moment the next Season ends. This way, we will simplify how things work and get rid of unnecessary complexity.
Today's update will bring new characters from the Fourth Shinobi World War and continue the Major Balances.

After nearly three years, Chouji has developed in both strength and size, mastering the Akimichi clan techniques. No longer does Chouji need the Akimichi pills to tap into his true strength, instead, he merely needs to control his chakra and become a force to reckon with.
Not one to be left behind, Ino has trained non-stop to improve her abilities and teamwork. With her improved techniques, Ino can not only control her enemies, but her allies too all while seeing everything on the battlefield.
