Balance 1.2.0.5

Hello everyone,

repeating the same format as before: We'll be releasing a balance update with only nerfs, and soon, between the 15th and 18th this month, there will be a new Major Balance, this time targeting not only characters that have not yet been optimized by previous Major Balances but also some characters from the first page.
