Balance Update 2.0.2 + New Characters

Hello everyone,

Today we're releasing Balance Update 2.0.2, bringing new character fixes and buffs, as well as nerfs to characters that have been dominating the Ladder over the past few weeks.

"As a note, so you guys understand how we operate. When it comes to changes like this (nerfs), we purposely take it slowly. We'd rather do 2 or 3 small changes than 1 giant one, because there is less chance of messing up and overnerfing a character. Despite this method taking a few days longer than otherwise, we do tend to prefer this method."

Also, for the next Major Update (August 15th), we will bring 3 new characters.

Dodai (S) is a skilled sensor shinobi and a lava release user as well. His intelligence is his most powerful asset and he will need it to survive this war.

Edo Tensei Rasa (S), the former Fourth Kazekage, has been summoned to participate in the war. Even after returning from death, he will prioritize his village above all else.
