Hotfix today with some nerfs.
Also in this update, Rock Lee (S) received a complete rework to his well known version of Kostas.
This change was made because, since the beginning of NA Classic, whenever Rock Lee was in the META, he always proved to be very toxic to deal with. On the other hand, when he was out of the META, he became (almost) completely useless and it was really hard to fit him into teams, given that he has that support role and depends (not-entirely) on interactions with his allies to function well.
So it's been a while now since I and staff had been discussing the idea that if Rock Lee (S) was kept in the META (even after the last BU changes) and a nerf was needed to make him "unviable" (away from META), it would be better to just bring a different version of him, one that serves another function (the Kostas version).
In fact, some of the Shippuden Kids from the Kostas Version had already been implemented with the Shinobi Alliance Characters, and the same was planned for Kostas's Rock Lee (S). However, given what was mentioned above (and the fact that Shinobi Alliance Lee (S) hasn't been released yet), it was decided to use this skillset/design now.
Balances:
- Nerfs: Tayuya, Tenten (S), Mitarashi Anko, Mangekyou Sasuke (S).
- Reworks: Rock Lee (S).
