N-A Classic First Month + Balance 1.0.0

Hey yall, we have sped up the next balance to be matching the beginning of the next round of our Tournament. With that said, the next update will happen next sunday. You guys can be expecting new characters but a smaller balance making change on characters that really need it.

I also wanna make a note that the winrate of characters started to count after 11/30/2023, 3 days ago.

• Boost: Temari, Haruno Sakura, Tsunade, Shodai Hokage, Akimichi Chouji (S), Hyuuga Hinata (S), Aburame Shino (S).
