Week 4 - Balance

Hello, everyone! How are you? We're bringing you the latest updates to the game balancing, with adjustments to nerfs and buffs.

Additionally, we've taken the time to evaluate the first page of characters and make some of them more useful. Our approach considered the observation that many of them are not in the meta or are underutilized.

We'll also be implementing nerfs where we deem it necessary.

Balances:

• Nerf: Kankuro, Shodai Hokage. 
• Boost: Tsunade, Uchiha Sasuke, Inuzuka Kiba, Aburame Shino, Hyuuga Hinata, Nara Shikamaru, Tsuchi Kin.
