July 21, 2025 - Small Update + Community Features

Hello everyone! I'm here to announce a small update — nothing too major, but it brings some quality-of-life improvements and features from the original Naruto-Arena!

Note: This does not delay the upcoming content updates — new characters and overall balance changes are already in progress and coming very soon!

  • You can now search for a character’s section on the Ninja Missions page by typing their name. It will automatically scroll to the correct section.
  • You can now search for a mission either by the name of the mission or the character it unlocks.
  • Clan Leader rank is back! Leaders can now assign multiple "Leader" roles, which are above Captain rank and can access clan management info.
  • Clan bios now support images and clickable URLs:
    • <img>your_image_link_here</img> — to display an image
    • <url>your_clickable_link_here</url> — to add a clickable URL
      • its like boards...
  • Old Ladder pages are back! They display the Top 1000 players and Top Clans.
  • If you're in the Top 1000, your Ladder Rank will now also appear in-game.
  • You can now save your teams in-game to use later. Just click a saved team to instantly select it.
  • You can now switch to the classic Naruto-Arena fp pictures and skills pics by changing the theme (button is located below the language selector). Some new characters that didn't exist in the past were adapted to resemble each other a little at least in fp. This only affects your view — for those who enjoy the nostalgia!
  • Player Cards are back! You can set yours from the left sidebar. Generate one with or without your last used team. You can also choose to hide it or show previously saved cards. It will be displayed on your profile once saved.
  • In game have a new filter now. Its Effects filter you can try to search character by effects.
  • You can now react to announcements — like this one! Be nice though :cryemote:

These may be small additions, but they help make the game more complete.

July 23, 2025 => Balance Update + Edo Hanzo Rework

Hello everyone,

For this balance update, we'll be bringing some targeted nerfs to META characters, as well as a rework for Edo Tensei Hanzo (S).

You might be wondering, "Why was Edo Hanzo reworked?" The truth is, back when we released the batch of characters that included Hanzo, I wasn't fully sure what design direction to take with him. Due to a lack of time, I ended up using a design concept I had already created previously, adapting it to fit Hanzo's theme and what he represents in the anime.

However, I later felt that this concept would actually be a better fit for another character, someone who aligns more closely with the original concept. So instead, we decided to give Hanzo a brand-new design.

I believe all of you will enjoy the new design for Edo Tensei Hanzo, which better captures the idea of "Toxic".
